An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join a growing start-up Executive Search firm with exciting plans for the future. Since its’ inception, the business has gone from strength to strength and they are now looking for a talented individual who is passionate about recruitment, to lead initiatives around process improvement and strategic business planning.
Working closely with the CEO / Founder, you will be excited to learn about the business, embrace and promote the company vision and culture and utilise your knowledge and expertise of best practice and business operations to help them deliver their business expansion plans and lead the company to even greater achievements.
This is a hybrid role, where the successful candidate will work remotely but be open/able to attend London based offices at least once a week.
Experience and skills for the role:
- Extensive experience of working within a start up/scale up environment and the Executive Search/Recruitment industry sector
- Project management experience
- Problem solving skills and creative thinking
- Strong multitasking skills
- Advanced IT skills (Office 365, CRM, ATS, Teams etc)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Superb attention to detail
Salary - This role will pay up to £50k (DOE) plus a discretionary, performance related bonus
