Job Description

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant with at least 3 years' experience to join a reputable and friendly company based in Manchester city centre on a temporary basis. 

This role will be for a minimum of 3 months, potentially longer and will support a small team. Candidates must be immediately available in order to be considered and this will be a full-time office based role.

Duties will include:

  • Diary management - managing multiple diaries, dealing with last minute changes
  • Booking travel and accommodation, both nationally and internationally 
  • Assisting with the preparation of Presentations, documents and meeting materials
  • Meeting and greeting guests and clients on arrival
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Ad hoc admin support including binding, photocopying etc 

Person Specification:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a PA role 
  • Well presented
  • Ability to use initiative and take ownership of tasks with limited supervision
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to deal with last minute changes and remain calm and level-headed
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment 
  • Ability to pick up new tasks and systems quickly
  • Professional 
  • No job too big or too small
  • Team player

Hours will be 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Salary will be up to £26,000 per annum (depending on experience).
