Experienced Team Assistant required to work within the Mayfair office of this global investment business. Supporting two Partners, Associates and Advisors, this will be a busy and varied role which will require excellent in time management, prioritisation, communication and organisation. With 70% of your time spent in support of the two Partners, this is a highly logistical role which also offers the opportunity to organise and deliver two major client events each year. With a collaborative and welcoming culture, this business continues to evolve and expand - an ideal time for an efficient, motivated and career Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate will have gained a minimum of 4 years team secretarial experience from financial services and have strong MS Office skills. Written and spoken English is essential, as you will be corresponding on behalf of your Partners and liaising with a global network of contacts. Candidates must be comfortable working at pace and working to the highest of standards. Skills and experience:
- Minimum 4yrs team secretarial/PA experience gained from financial services

Salary up to £55,000 per annum DOE, plus benefits and discretionary bonus
