Job Description

An exciting new role has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join a rapidly growing organisation based on the Wirral. This role would suit someone who is outgoing and fun and who is the type of person who is always thinking one step ahead!


Duties include:

  • Managing phone calls and all correspondence
  • Opening up the company office
  • Tracking staff holidays and sickness
  • Processing weekly orders
  • Distributing company merchandise
  • Liaising with office suppliers and contractors and reviewing contracts
  • Administration support to the marketing team
  • Setting up new employees on work systems


Skills required:

  • At least six months’ office administration experience
  • Proactive in nature
  • A real team player
  • Ability to use an initiative and work autonomously
