- Managing phone calls and all correspondence
- Opening up the company office
- Tracking staff holidays and sickness
- Processing weekly orders
- Distributing company merchandise
- Liaising with office suppliers and contractors and reviewing contracts
- Administration support to the marketing team
- Setting up new employees on work systems
- At least six months’ office administration experience
- Proactive in nature
- A real team player
- Ability to use an initiative and work autonomously
