Job Description

A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant to join a prestigious global architectural /design practice. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team, regularly liaising with senior management, colleagues and other departments to ensure day to day administrative processes runs seamlessly.

This position would suit an individual with a minimum of 1 year’s administrative / team support experience, outstanding communication skills and an ability to multi-task and prioritise their workload effectively.

An ideal role for a Team Assistant with a broad skill set, looking to work with a fantastic team, in a creative setting,

Duties will include:

  • Diary management – organising meetings, setting up video conferences and arranging catering when required
  • Arranging travel, hotel bookings and organising visa applications
  • Processing team expenses
  • Document management, correspondence and producing weekly reports
  • Undertaking research
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects
  • Administrative tasks


  • At least 1- 2 years’ previous experience of working in a Team Assistant role
  • Flexibility and willingness to help on a range of tasks and changing priorities
  • An ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced level IT skills                       

This role is full time and office based.

Salary: £24,00 - £27,000 plus benefits (depending on experience)
