Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO of a highly successful business that develops products within the beauty sector. This multimillion pound business trades in seventeen countries globally, and so the senior management team is looking for a fantastic Executive Assistant to join them, who can work proactively and act as a true extension.

Duties include:

  • Proactive email and diary management of the CEO,CFO & Chairman including all travel/business logistics.
  • Facilitating with the CEO the communication and consistency of the business roadmap, vision and business objectives, including preparation of documentation, presentations etc.
  • Support in execution of diaries, paperwork of key governance processes for the CEO & Executive Mgt Team such as corporate and operational reviews, performance reviews and strategic planning for the future growth of the business.
  • Producing relevant business material using outstanding skills in all Microsoft software
  • Prioritises conflicting needs; handling matters efficiently, proactively and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Organise Shareholder meetings and Board meetings taking minutes at these meetings and other meetings where needed.
  • Processing the Executive Team’s expenses accurately and promptly.
  • Support with ET with budgeting administration such as working on events and training.
  • Adhoc projects in the course of supporting the ET team and business support.

Skills and profile required:

This role will suit a confident, tenacious and proactive individual who is “unflappable” and personable individual who can work under pressure, trouble shoot and remain positive with a “no task too small” attitude, happy to get things done.

Candidates will have supported at C-Suite level previously and ideally worked within the commerce sector.

The company offers hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 at home), depending on the needs of the business and any meetings. Salary is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE.
